TECH TRANS has recently introduced a smaller, more compact version of it’s standard “MODULAR” vacuum recovery process. The TTUC-06/300 provides a small footprint ( 2’X4’ ) and easy maneuverability for applications requiring flexibility and easy access to tight work areas. While designed as a “STAND-ALONE” and portable system, there are many options and extended capabilities which can be housed in the same cabinet. It can simultaneously service up to two operators. Where floor space is critical, and, multiple operators or distance from collection to containment is an issue, the “MINI”-VAC provides the highest power for collection and transfer as well as best value and safest solution for collecting hazardous materials at high rates. The base system operates @ 6.0”Hg @ 300 C.F.M. Optional versions are available up to 14”Hg @ 450 C.F.M. Although compact in size, the exceptional power and capabilities of this unit truly make it a collection brute where hard to remove materials or other hazardous environments require 100% collection and containment of debris.

Proprietary process capabilities such as “PULSED-CLEANING” (patented) and “WET / DRY” recovery options further provide the end user with a portfolio of capabilities and safety conformance unequalled in the industry.

The high capacity of collection and transfer allows up to (2) TWO operators to use the same system simultaneously (1.5” I.D. HOSE – 25’ LONG)

Collection and transfer of carbon fiber, titanium, and aluminum generated in the drilling of aircraft structures dictates the vacuum system to be located at a sizable distance from the point of debris generation.  The TTUC-06/300 has unparalleled capacity to achieve the vacuum capacities required of this application.   

Higher capacity for both vacuum and air flows, optimizes debris collection at the point of generation providing cleaner holes and surface areas of the working materials.

MAINTENANCE:
Less maintenance due to one filter / debris change out as opposed to 2-3 systems performing the same task(s).
Robust and proven motor and regenerative blower – proven reliability and extreme up-time – ease of change out if required.

FLOOR SPACE:
Narrow compact and portable design ( 24” X 43” ) on (4) four swivel casters allows ultimate mobility.
Totally self contained design allows for mounting on 7th axis slides and transfer platforms as well.

SAFETY:
Higher capacities of collection control the debris at the point of generation providing enhanced worker safety and minimal risk of secondary events such as fire and explosions ( see options )
